This sourdough starter is made by Northwest Sourdough. It was cultured by Sourdough Bill F. of NSW, Australia with his authentic Aussie Bill's Sourdough Bread Recipe (recipe is included with this starter).This sourdough starter has a unique "Old World Flavor" and makes excellent sourdough breads. The starter can be used in any sourdough recipes including the ones on the "Recipe" page on this site.

This Australian starter works especially well with whole grain breads.

The starter is dried and will be sent double sealed in zip bags and sent in a manila envelope.Included will be instructions on getting the starter going and Aussie Bill's Sourdough Bread Recipe. Domestic/Canada Shipping will be 1.25. International shipping will be 1.75.
